Leucadia

Leucadia is the neighborhood situated at the North West corner of Coastal Encinitas.  Technically still part of Encinitas, Leucadia has a very unique feel unlike the rest of Encinitas.  Residents here are proud of the "funky beach town feel."  In fact, you may see bumper stickers that say, "Keep Leucadia Funky," when driving through this area.  At the same time, Leucadia boasts some of the most beautiful coastal homes and views in all of California.  If you are looking for a beach house with a panoramic view from La Jolla to the south all the way up to Oceanside to the north, let's take a look at the homes along Neptune in Leucadia.  Here, you will own a home on a bluff above the sand, often with a private staircase leading you down to the sand.  Do you love the idea of entertaining above the Pacific Ocean at sunset?  Leucadia is a good place for us to explore!
